Good Morning my fellow connoisseurs

i thought i'd start things "by the book" and start in the introductions forum by well, introducing myself.

So, im over in the uk, i used to smoke alot, but had to stop for medical reasons and im looking to get back into it, but i hate the hassle of picking up and the outrageous prices, risks danger and most of all funding people i just dont like

So, im looking to set up a small personal crop for under 100£ including seeds, i've never grown before, but i've always been big on learning about my favourite herb i've read a fair amount but i know that deferring to the jdugement of people with more hands on experience is always best

i love gaming, i play alotta skyrim, its sad i know but hey it fills my days, i mod, i do graphic design i listen to a shitload of music, mostly RDF at the moment but i listen to just about everything and i live on my computer

so hey everyone its great to meet you and i hope to spend alot of time here and make lots of great friends

Hey, welcome to AFN, I'm also frm uk way up north where the sun is shining. you made the rite choice with AFN just started my first ever grow and doin pretty well I think. Its all down to this site though!! The guidence which I have received from others on here is the best. Do a lot of reading and don't be afraid to ask for help..... Nuff now (my mum always sed I talk too much) gud luck and again welcome.

Ha ha is that the three legged ones? Lol but seriously the deer sheep rabbits e.t.c R a real pain in the ass they eat anythin I plant in the garden. How u enjoying the weather?

cheers for the very warm welcome, i must admit the biggest reason i decided on joining AFN is because after a lil poke round the threads ive never seen another weed site have such a brilliant and happy community, frmo the little i've read i already love you guys :smokebuds:

im planning on doing an outdoor grow as i still live with my parents (yeah i know i should've moved out by now but i got me issues, just see the depression thread xD) i've found a pretty good spot (we got a large and very feral garden ) its right at the end and has a big wall two sides of it and the neighbours on the other side of it are hardly ever there, but regardless im going to need a non stinky strain (better safe than busted right :thumbs it also gets the morning sun nicely and is in directt sunlight for the majority of the days (which by the way are mighty fine the last week or so ) using whatever soil n ferts i can buy (as the soil in that area is pretty dense and stodgey, fuck all air in it )

i got a budget of about 100+50 every week (but would rather use much less xD) im also considering using mi5 and possibly SCH if i can get any, but im not really sure preferably i'd want a strain thats a relatively light smoke, high cbd and decent yields (at least an oz per plant) and ofc an auto oh and an awesome taste

so any tips would be welcome

btw im south UK roughly 50 north latitude or thereabouts

oh and i got 8 cats (and 5 kittens but we're only keeping the one, which is a siamese throwback from when my gran used to breed them and one got loose )

anywho im rambling :d...so once again thank you so much for the warm welcome and i cant wait to get to know you guys ....see you in the threads


p.s. just a random funny story about haggis xD....one of my mates asked his dad one day what a haggis looks like and where it lives, so his dad replies well son they live high up on the mountains and have one leg long than the other so they can stand on the steep mountain slope and they walk around the mountain all day long....the son listens and replies how do you catch a haggis dad?...well son you got to make them run the other way around the mountain so they fall down the slope so you can catch them, this all took place when the kid was 6, he believed it till he was 16 when he regailed us all with the tail of the haggis xD...true story
