What was your results going 50/50 with ocean forest and perlite?

The main reason I went 50/50 was to give me the ability to water/nute more often. And that worked well for me. I used that mix for several years before changing to coco. I was using 5 gallon smart pots the whole time and ran my old led lights around the clock. We all have our favorites.

I have botnicare calmag+ for my calmag needs. I am curious as to when I need to start feeding calmag. Interestingly enough that's one of the nutes that seems to get overlooked or just brushed to the side sometimes in conversation. I don't know what calmag is doing for my plants nor when I need to use it. I wasn't planning on feeding any nutes for the first 2 or 3 weeks because ffof is really hot soil and partially why I cut the concentration down with happy frog. Any noob suggestions to get off to a good start are much appreciated!

If waiting 2-3 weeks to feed is not a good idea let me know and what strength dose of which part of trio to use and I'll go all for it. I want her to grow but I would rather be cautious instead of burning first babies

They seemed to like 1ml a week from week 3 to 7. but the strains I grew have been just under 70 days in that soil. I would start light is all I can recomend. Full strength is 3-5ml I believe dont got bottle on hand so guess I do 20 to 33 percent recommended

It's a 2000w replacement, actual wattage is 375+-5%
