A lovely hybrid from Mephisto Genetics.
Strain: Heisenberg Special F1.
Genetics: 24 carat x Walter White.
Duration: 71 days seed to harvest.
Lights: 400w dual spectrum hps.
Medium: soil, potters gold.
Nutrients: Base nutrients were Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom. And CX Horticulture/Hydroponics bloom enhancers, Head Masta and Mighty Bloom. As well as a little supplemental cal-mag, and GH floralicious +.
Yield: 54 grams dried.

This was my second go at Heisenberg Special. My first was a stunted girl, but still produced some great smoke. Ive grown out two since, and one at 58 days now, and each one has outdone the others.

Growth: 5 stars
She showed every bit of her F1 vigour. Took her nutrients very well, and just rolled along.

Smoke/quality: 5 stars.
Absolutely every reason I love a hybrid!!! Complete well rounded high. Hard hitter, with a clear head.
A hygrade lemon flavor that finishes great after a couple weeks in jar.

Bag appeal: 5 stars
Bright chunky shiny nugs!!!

All in all a terrific hybrid to run. These seeds were freebies, but yes i would've paid for them, and definitely would again. Have 4 left im gonna save a little while.
Not sure if that covered it all. But Heisenberg is a great representation of why we all love hybrids.. Mephisto Genetics just amazes me at every drop!

Looking good, I had to harvest my HS at 64 days due to going on holiday but she is curing whilst I've been away and I hope to get back to some wonderful smelling and tasting nugs!

Depending 64 days could still be predominantly cloudy trichs. A good cure should give her that sweet citrus finish

Ive got one left at 59 days now. The biggest lady yet. She has had a grow buddy for the ride lol, she was germed and planted, and sprouted same day as a 3 bears og who is at 59 days now as well. And these two got CX horticulture/hydroponics bloom boosters from day 21 on. And ive gotta say the oil production is insane on them both. Maybe a little more so on 3bog. I know mephisto strains generally get covered in trichs and oils anyhow. But with the cx enhancers all the way through the quality is another level.

She will be taking care of the Gold Glues. And doing her first journal. So hopefully when she starts the afn community really gets involved. The Missus has totally caught the autogrow bug!!!
So hopefully that will get me less flack when i go to order more seeds!!!!
She is a rockstar actually.
Couldn't do half the things ive been able to do without her, and am totally loving the fact she is getting into cultivation

So hopefully that will get me less flack when i go to order more seeds!!!!

Couldn't do half the things ive been able to do without her, and am totally loving the fact she is getting into cultivation

Lol. Ya know at first my gal just had no fuckin idea on what i was talking about.
Ya know, not everyone knows about pH or F1 or auto photo. Like there is a complete lingo/language of growers.
Most people have no idea.
So i just started explaining things.
And when i learn something i show her how it relates to us...
Now that she is in charge of the Gold Glue girls it really has her plugged in.
Maybe do that.
Offer your partner the chance to be the one who feeds and raises a particular plant. Just guide them through it.
Now she is researching, and asking questions.
Growing is my passion. Its awesome to share it with someone in real life.
These forums are great, but its cool to have someone there with you witnessing the awesomeness first hand ya know?
That be my advice though. Invite them to be responsible for a plant.

Nice! She does think it's cool, but she is slowly warming up to the idea as well. Giving her a plant is a wonderful idea!
