Heat Stress or Nute Burn?

Sharing is caring man, thats whats its all about. I have been in your shoes my friend, and indeed it does feel like an emergency.
But its like a cut on your body, isolate the wound, address it, and then let it heal. If you pick at it, it will take longer and then scar
same thing here with your plants, isolate the issue, administer what is needed and then let them heal. I too have been guilty of over doing it
that is how i learned what i know:thumbs:

I was told that they looked like they had heat stress also. So I lowered the plants. Figured it wouldn't hurt. I have to say they don't look like they are getting any worse and it does look like some of the yellow leaves are turning green again.

Well the one plant still has some yellowing on the leaves. I flushed each plant with 1 gallon of water last night with a pH about 6.8.
Leaves are curling up, a taco like curl, I searched around and read it could be from heat or pH. I'm thinking it's a pH problem since my temps are in the lower 80's. That's why I flushed with some bubbled water last night.
I'm hoping I can get the yellowing and curling out of the leaves. They are growing strong (it seems), but it still bothers me.

Here are some updated Pics

Update

Here's an update with my issues still.

Same problems as my post above and NOW I've noticed a few orange spots on a few of my leaves.
I'm freaking out over here. Is this all because of my nutes or do I have more problems I should look at?
I'm thinking of giving them some Epsom salt on their next watering.
Here are some pictures from today and the orange spots.

Sprayed my plants last night with a Epsom/Water solution. Plan on spraying again today.
I also added 1.5 tsp of Epsom to a gallon of water for their watering today to help.

Slow2Gro - Good work man
