harvest with white pistils

I'd wait but it will still be good just not full potential. I'd say few weeks. Plants keep growing new pistils so you can't always judge by that. But if you have to cut it will be alright you gotta do what you gotta do

Yeah unfortunately I need to dismantle and clean up everything. The alternative would be to put the tent down in the basement, but there is no electricity down there and I fear it would stink too much and get attention from the neighbors since there is a common access area. So I think the safer way is to harvest trim and dry last minute to let it mature as much as possible.

Thanks everyone!!

Hi everyone, At the end I managed to keep the plant alive and maturing the buds. I started the flush 2 weeks ago, so I guess is very slow also because the soil may lack of nutrients.

However, here are some pictures. White pistils are turning amber and they are not straight anymore. With the loupe I can see milky trichomes. it's not very clear to me where to check for the readyness on the buds.

So, my questions are:
- should I give it one more week?
- in case of progressive harvest how do you manage that? Do you cut the upper part of a stem and let the lower buds on the stem mature?

Thanks!!

old grower'z mantra -> when u think they're ready, wait another week ;) on a staggered chop, it'z uzually the upperz first, then work ur way down  ppp

Oh that'z good u kept it going.

I looked and see 50 to maybe 70% cloudy? Don't see any amber at all. Now it comes down to your personal preference as how you want your end product to be like. Chop too soon and get a herky jerky feeling. Chop too late and boom, couch lock. I at least go for mainly cloudy with some amber, and on some strains, a lot of amber for the night sleep help.

Harvesting in stages, just cut the branch off and set the light for what's left to harvest. Me, I'd go another week at least on the mains, but that is me.

You are just about there so patience is your friend right now

And for what it's worth, 祝好。期待着许多美好的事物。translates (according to google trnaslate) to

"good luck. Looking forward to many beautiful things"
