I was going to wait until fall when the weather cools down to try my durrty dragons but i couldn't wait and germed a couple beans knowing i would have shitty results.
Funky grow conditions - extreme heat in grow shed - so they were only indoors during night hours.
Started on 20/4 light schedule; 13 hrs outside, 7 hrs indoors under LED/CFL combo, moving them daily indoors & outdoors.
Had to leave them outdoors for about 10 days when i went on vacation around week 5.
Put them back under lights at nite when i got back and resumed the 20/4 regiment.
Week 7 - had to hit the road for biz travel so they went back to outside daytime light only.
Ended up finishing the grow outside under the sun only.

My lighting fiasco was not the only problem i encountered - had a war with the leaf-miners and actually lost all of my fan leaves on both plants by week 6.

Shortly after that we had a week of monsoon, about 30cm of rainfall and strong winds. After the rain the plant below was completely bent over leaning on the edge of the pot sideways...i put a couple support stakes around her and she ended up standing on her own again after a few days.
Of course i had some problems with over watering from all the rain and including what i'm guessing was ph lockout...also i was worried she would get bud rot.

Finally, had a go-round with the orange aphids but kicked their asses pretty easy...

These little dragon ladies are some tuff girls and still produced a few tasty buds. They started out a lot more dense but got a little fluffy because of the extreme heat towards the end of the grow.

Since this grow didn't end in complete disaster, thought I would share the experience. If these babes can survive all the punishment i can dish out then i can't wait to grow them under much more favorable conditions. Great strain Mossy.

Below is one of the survivors all trimmed up ready for the chop, not very big - about 43cm tall....

i hope she wipes the floor with me too. i'm sure the cremation will be much more enjoyable than the grow...i always have a place by my fire for the dragon wizard.
