Indoor happy frog or light warrior?

I have a bag if OF and want to make a mix. Which would be easier on tha seedling?

I don't know about happy frog but I DO know that light warrior is for seedlings. I'm fairly sure that happy frog will be fine too. Muddy may clear things up better.

I've used a 50/50 mix of happy frog and ffof in a couple grows with great success.

If those are my choices, I vote HF with some extra perlite... It's not hot and has myco's and humic acid which is good for seedling performance. It outperformed everything else I have used and I never personally had any negative issues from it.

Alrite ill put a full bag of OF and a full bag of HF in a tub and mix it up before putting in my pots hopefully this works.

You can do that if you like but, just so you understand, I didn't suggest that... nor, would I.

I always use 1/2 ffof and 1/2 light warrior with added perlite. Never had any probs with it.
