This particular setup requires 9 bags or 2 x 30lb bales+1 bag.
When I flood the table I am pumping water from below into the tray until 3 inches or 25% of my pot is submerged. The yucca from our Beneficials really helps the water penetrate the medium better for a more even flood process.
Typically in rockwool and in Growpito the moisture gradient can be managed for crop steering but it works much better with monitoring instruments. We suggest flooding every 3 days as it maintains a fairly even moisture level but each cultivar and methods can vary the amount of water uptake.
The medium can't be over watered but doesn't require constant moisture the way coco coir does.
Thanks @Growpito_Aleks really can't wait to try this out. One more question, is there any post here showing how to reuse? Just wondering how hard it's going to be to clean out roots for the next run.

If you really want to remove the roots the best thing to do would be soaking the medium in a enzyme solution with a 5.5ph and a .5ec of nutrient.
The medium can be washed out. Some of our commercial customers use a centrifuge or washing machine and an ozone generator to completely sterilize the mix.
I personally leave the roots and the stumps in the medium for the microbes. This current grow used old growpito mixed with roots and stumps.
Can you include demo's of a single plant set up with the pots you are sending us ? Are we going to need to set up a drain system with pumps and stuff or am I over thinking this process.
