I have 2 ms004's and I'd say no they cannot be daisy chained together, mine only have a power input socket, no power output socket to plug the fly lead in

Goin well mate cheers, I spent a few days having therapy in Amsterdam, and managed to kick my paranoia!

k hjey jay thanks for answerin. i have a 4x4x6.5 tent atm was what i was looking for. was thinking 3 ms006's wanting comparable results to a 600 hps. Hey villian thans for info also was wondering about the daisy chain factor because i was thinkin of either 3 ms006's or 2 bschrrome 405's and noticed that on the bs u can dasiy chain like 3 of the 405s together. so hard to decide oh well got like 2months to decide.
I've got 3 in one room bro and I've got them plugged into a 4 socket extension lead I wouldn't let daisy chaining sway your decision lol
I too vouch for Dan. He seems to be a top notch guy with a good solid scientific background. Answered all my "nagging" questions majestically, and only made my appetite for GN grow bigger.
I asked him about how many Ms0006 vs 600wHID.
Now I knew before hand this is a TOUGH question... you can't really compare, apples and oranges kind of thing... but there definitely has to be a tipping point somewhere. I was astonished
to hear from Dan that 2x Ms0006 would quasi-match-up to 600wHID, and that 3x would absolutely blow 600w out of the water.
Now take this into consideration... this means that Dan told me that 3x Ms0006 will blow 600wHID, I had told him I was on a tight budget and was thinking of only buying 1, maybe 2 lights to substitute my 600w
... that means, in actual power draw;
3x Ms0006 (600W+) LED => 600w HID
2x Ms0006 (400W+) LED =< 600w HID
From what I have gathered here from numerous grow diaries, I think he is being extremely cautious and conservative about this, with the intent not to
disappoint potential customers. Like everyone else he could have just said 2x would serve me good and make the sale, but he risked loosing the sale by recommending 3 units, as I only had budget for 1 or 2... Hat's off to you Dan!
Now, with these figures in mind, and EXCLUDING better spectrums and PAR, in terms of electric bill there isn't much
benefit if you have to buy 3x Ms0006 to equate a 600W HID. ROI would be much longer, higher overhead, but even still, much more economical in the long run as there is no need to substitute bulbs... but considering PAR and 2x Ms0006, the difference is dramatic. Well worth it and in 1 grow cycle the lights are paid for themselves.
So in essence, I'd like to hear experienced growers input on this. His answer, not being favorable for a potential buyer, stumped me for being upfront without any
commercial gimmicks.
In my long battle for a proper LED, Dan made me feel confident I was dealing with no bullsh*t in the mix.
From his excellent answer about plant morphology and commercial reserve, I expect that 2x Ms0006 will outperform any 600w setup any day of the week.
Any comments?

Groff nice to here you spoke to dan,and you echo what everyone who deals with him says,hes a top bloke whose very knowledgable and on the ball.he will answer any question you have and spend time explaining everything fully.he knows hs products are quality and very reasonably priced so no gimmicks needed.and you only have to look around the forum to see loads of happy GN growers.as for 2 matching the 600w hps,Im sure you can give your own opinion after your first grow,we dont need another LEDs v hps,will this wattage beat that discussion,it just gets outa hand and they lead nowhere bro.once your first led grow is done your verdict will be of much more value mate :group:

Its just over a month since I swapped my old 250hps for the Gn MS0006. Heres whats going on in my tent.
At the back to the right is whats left of a Delicious Seeds La Diva Automatic, Its lower buds were pollinated with Jet47 from Flash seeds about 3 and a half weeks ago.
At the back to the left is a Dutch Passion Auto Blueberry (I can't wait for this one).
At the front to the right is a white label super skunk auto.
And at the front to the left is my first go at DWC and thats a snowstorm#2.
The Led went in on the 28th Dec when the ABB was 2 (very stretched) nodes high.
You can see how the growth changed.
Its coming along nicely and I hope its as good as its reputation.
These were taken today.
My First go at DWC seems to be going ok....

Looking good..curious to see how your DWC turns out.what is the size of your tent and how many plant do u have on 1 GN light?
