Just been looking at your threads elle and I was doing similar sort of things with cfl and home made reflectors. I strongly recommend building some. They will end up costing you less in the long run and let you grow a full on plant with relative ease.

With the a drivers you can only dim to 50%. The b drivers dim all the way down to 10% and a lot less fiddly to do.

And thanks! I'm bloody well happy. I can't wait to see what difference it makes.

I've also added two hours to their light schedule so on 20/4 from tonight. I'm hoping the stress of light change and hours change at the same time will be good? Maybe.

They seem happy so far not stressed [emoji3]

Cheers! That's only through location, wayward. I have "proper" equipment back home - dual spectrum hps and a large parabolic - but I want to save electricity for cost reasons so I'll go down the COB route. Everything to do with growing out here (Canaries) is expensive, and we don't even know what price the leccy is (think it's 20 cents per kwh)! I couldn't justify anything other than a few CFLs if I wanted to grow. Not done too badly, if I say so myself.

Ah, the canaries, that's why you could put them out on your patio. Thought you were either brave or mad! I used to do that when using cfls but only in mid summer! Cary on as you were.

Day 16 for the mephisto babies. Day 62/3 for the fastbuds girls.

Babies have just had a very light feeding of grow, micro, bloom, B52 and voodoo juice.
Big girls have had 2ml/L of all the base nutes and additives - Overdrive, Bud candy etc. No more big bud since last week as I hope this is the final 10 days/2 weeks.

Amnesia has had just plain water after a big flush yesterday as she's on her way toward the chop now.

The mephisto babies have shown amazing growth after one day under the cobs. Very exciting

Surprised nobody has commented on my workmanship skills on page 13 yet?? Awesome skills there lol. There's a bolt/washer thats so far off centre it's actually hanging over the edge of the frame! Left in an attempt to overcome my OCD
