Cheddar is the only real cheese there is mate. It's the bomb. But only if you get proper stuff. Cave aged is awesome. I like a nice strong tangy vintage ched that burns the lips slightly lol.

Go and wash your mouth out with soap and if you ever say anything against cheddar again I will send the cheese squad round for ya
