Indoor Grow 4 - Triks F7 by Twenty20 Mendocino

Nice shots! Just a heads up for next time, instead of snipping the tops off you could try a technique called supercropping. If you already know about it ignore me.

Ever accidentally bent a stem too far and the internal support structure breaks but it hangs on by the outer skin? Same idea. You roll the stem between your fingers to gently crush the stem and let it flop over. It will heal and form a knuckle and the bud site will stand back up.

It's a way to shorten your plant without cutting. Good luck!

Gotta agree about the supercropping if done at the right time I feel it makes them grow like crazy as maybe it releases hormones as as every plant I've ever supercropped was decent .these are my 2 Kerosene Krash i bend the crap out of plants 20230522_223116.jpg

Production and redistribution of hormones IIRC, namely auxins to the cropped branches so they can heal and reorient upwards towards the light… and gibberellins to the uncropped branches so they grow vertically and catch up to create an even canopy. And agree, done at the right time can work wonders on canopy management

Dave it's just all a Learning curve and as you go on you will pick up some of the best tips ever on afn as in 2017 I knew very little also if you ever need anything hit me up

Day 49 - Mini update

Following some advice that you wonderful humans have given me here and on the Grow&Show Thread, I have found my 3D printed plant LST clips, and retrieved my Bamboo stakes.

As I am getting a new dehumidifier for the tent tomorrow, I will add what clips I can, and install the stakes then, to save me needing to take the plant out of her tent more than once.

Instead of disposing of the heads, I dried them out. I wanted to check how she tastes and burns.

Well, I knew she would taste a little chlorophyll-y, but I kinda like that.

I didn't know she would get me this high. Especially as the Trichomes have only just started showing. Ah'm puur Buzzin maaaaan :baked:

Thanks for the rep pts @DaveR1974 :toke:

You’re killin’ it man, but I agree with @St. Tom you learn some tricks on AFN that help salvage things and increase yield. Those Twenty20 genetics have handled supercropping for me weeks after first sign of pistils, had to with an X-Factor OG that was getting outta control…buds just grew on her “back” lookin like a dragon float in a parade

Only problems I find is but that's underdeveloped can sometimes give me a racy type high I don't like but ya know what bro you will still do really well with her and plants that drink lots is a great sign . @JaxsoNL5 can you tag me in your thread I've also grown a fair few twenty 20 autos and photos and Adam is a lovely bloke and let me grow a lot of unreleased stuff

Okay, so that’s not just me…when I take an early tester bud it’s always super racy almost paranoia like high, completely different than cured ✅

Sorry man, which thread do you want tagged in? My current is a Meph Mango Smile but i’ve journaled a few Twenty20 cultivars on AFN now. And Adam and team are top tier for sure man 💯

Oh hey! Thanks for the reps earlier. I didn't notice.

She is 1 thirsty plant. Her reservoir had to be refilled, a few days earlier than planned. I noticed that she was starting to suffer from a Magnesium deficiency, so I added a little extra CalMag to the mix. I also decided to start the P/K boost earlier.

Day 42 - The answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything

So I had to make a change to the tent today. She's getting quite tall, and the light couldn't be raised further due to the carbon filter. Removed the filter and re-attached outside the tent, and raised the light as far as it will go.
I do hope she stops stretching soon.

I absolutely love time-lapse vids. I find it extremely fascinating to watch the girl go through her cycles!
