Indoor Grow #1- Crop King Northern Lights Autofem- DWC-CFL

I made a pic on my new laptop..

Cool .... wish I could do something like that!

I've grown the cropping northern lights autos twice and both times, the buds were a little airy under the same lights that got dense purple kush buds. I think it's how they grow. My experience was "meh" as far as volume with Around 35 grams per plant average. But the quality was very good. Very strong stone and awesome flavor.

Final Yield:

Righty- 43g

Lefty- 74g

Total dry weight- 117g (4.12oz)

Both plants were trimmed wet, and straight into paper bags. Righty was trimmed first, and Lefty the next night.

Time in the bag was 3 days for Lefty and 4 days for Righty.
Into jars and burped/monitored for a week.
They are now stable around 62%. I just finished weighing and re-jarring with Boveda 62 packs. I condensed 3 jars into 2 on Lefty, and Righty is all in a single jar. I have been pulling from her to smoke while I wait.

I have pulled some more for myself and the jars will now get sealed up for as long as I can manage to wait. Hopefully two weeks. We will see how strong my willpower is.

Although the flavor and smell aren't there yet (I do get a really stinky whiff ever-so-often though) it is PLENTY potent and pretty smooth..

This week I will be making cannabutter with the 2oz of trim I have.. :frog:

The crop king NL strain is my favorite so far. It isn't particularly pungent but does mature to a sweet honey musk that's quite unique, in my opinion. I've found it to be PLENTY potent, myself, as well. It's a one- hitter quitter for my wife and the last guest I turned on was toasted after 3 good pulls on the pipe. It's not the strongest I've ever smoked but it's the strongest a number of my friends have ever smoked, LOL. The purple kush would probably crush them. ;)

I'll be doing Chemdogging from Mephisto next, so hopefully it will live up to the hype and I'll get some serious stanky-stank on this next one.

I was sketchy about the carbon filter business when I started this grow, so one of the main reasons I chose the NL was because it is billed as being "Mild Odor". Now that I trust my filtration, I am excited to try something that isn't "Mild". lol

So many strains, so little time. I'm running three f&v and two candy kush right now. I might just do another northern lights grow next time. It's such a nice smoke and so easy to grow!

How long approximately does the NL take to mature to a sweet honey musk? :) I'm holding off opening my jars in fear of being disappointed with the smell.
