DAY 51

This past week was extremely hot , outside temp reach peaks of 36/37 C.
Had to dim the light to almost 50% , back to normal since day 50.

Nothing to report, buds start to fatten up .

Close to the end, lower leaves yellowing, buds swelling , I think one more week and chop chop! :drool:
The last one looks like it still has more way to go, probably 2 1/2 weeks..
It supposed to be all same genetic...

DAY 71

Hi friends,
First Grapefruit chopped down on DAY 68, trichomes looks milky and plant looks done so it went down. (no regrets here)

Second grapefruit looks almost done, again trichomes look milky and plant start some foxtailing so I panicked and thought that was some sort of reveg and decided to chopped down on DAY 71, what a rookie mistake!
Despite that in the pics trichome looks done, I realised when it was too late that she was doing the last sprout of pistols and buds are not dense as I expected, what a fool I was!

Third grapefruit still going..

DAY 78

Hello friends,

Second rookie mistake, I left both plants drying way too much, I used the "branch test" but buds are way too dry in my opinion (12 and 10 days hanging in the dry box), anyway live and learn they said..

Third plant still going strong and I think it will be ready around week 13 or 14 (breeder suggested time is 9/10 weeks, that as well pushed me a bit in chopped down the second girl too early) and hopefully I will not repeat those mistakes..

First smoke report I'm quiete happy, smells are not very strong but present, taste very citrusy I can taste grapefruit very clear, stoned is more on the sativa sides, dry mouth and smoke a bit harsh (due to over-dry I think..)

1st girl 59g (jar almost full).
2nd girl 52g (jar totally full).

DAY 82/86

Last Grapefruit is still going, it did a new pistils sprout (probably the last one..) and they start to amber, I think that we are close to the end..
