Doesn't the fridge have cool or colder settings? I'd just turn the damn thing to the highest/warmest setting and put thermometer in there for 24 hrs to see what the temps get to. Put Im not as handy as you are.

Hell yes! Dude spore prints from some fresh ones. Then you could have them any time you want.
 
So the jars are showing some decent growth. Next time I make some jars I am going to add either malt or karo to the water. Give um a little extra food. I was thinkin about trying some corn in half pint jars just for the hell of it. Or maybe I'll just do something in a couple of qt tubes. I don't know.
 
Remember those 3 jars I had lost hope for? I kept them for a while. Yesterday I observed this:

It's the only jar that is healthy. Gonna transfer it to the fruiting chamber today and see what happens.

I also had a chance to take a vacation on thursday. Whew we had a potent batch. 3 grams kicked me like I've never experienced before. In fact I got sick about 40 min after eating them. After I puked the trip was mild but good. My stomach has a really tough time with them. Does anyone have experience with tea? I want to make a tea extract and try again. I just don't like getting sick on shrooms.
