I think an :Bloody Marvelous..:is in order my friend. You have some fat tops there bro. I always just twist to harvest, it really don't matter how I do it I still get bruising. Have fun with those and do them with others.Here we go. blow n it up...
Really need to figure out how to harvest so as not to bruise the shit out of these wonderful living organism.

Awesome guys. Thanks. Those were, from plain plan 1, sub I knocked up with l.c like forever ago. Won't be flushing that bag sadly. Glad something came out of. The cased tubs are lookin good. Been good about misting then fanning. Now to get them dryed like a cracker!

Lion's Mane Mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus)[SIZE=+1]
The brain tonic medicinal mushroom. Go beyond ginkgo.

[SIZE=+1]The Lion's Mane medicinal mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) has been used traditionally in China and Japan for hundreds of years, and is also known as bear's head mushroom or monkey's head mushroom. The common name in English is hedgehog fungus and in Chinese is Hou Tou Gu. Some of lion's mane medicinal mushroom's most promising (and surprising) benefits include possibly being able to stimulate the synthesis of nerve growth factor, which may help inhibit brain dysfunction associated with alzheimer's disease and possible other neurological diseases.* Studies also confirm many of lion's mane mushroom's traditional uses, supporting the digestive system, and acting as a tonic for the nervous system.*

This is a mushroom spawn ("seeds") "impregnated" onto grains, for "sowing" in homemade or shop bought mushroom compost (not spent compost).
Perfect for non-sterile outdoor spawning
50 gr
It seems like to fun to grow mushrooms at home or in the garden in order to get the freshest ingredients for your recipes. There are many varieties of mushrooms which can be grown at home including Lion's Mane mushrooms. They are popular due to their general taste .
Growing mushrooms on substrate outdoors
You can grow mushrooms outside in a shady area in your garden by introducing mycelium spores into your substrate. Bark mulch or leaf mould works very well. You will need to keep the substrate moist.

It is a lot of fun and you will have your own mushrooms eventually.
Takes a lot of personal experience- research are necessary, but it is so many different opinions on how it should be done.
