Getting re adjusted

Just because you can fit 10 7 gallon pots in a 6x6 space does not mean that you should. You may realize more yield with 6. They can have a little space. They can all (almost) fit under the light footprint. I'm sure you have a lot of experience growing so you are prepared for how much work 10 large plants are. If something goes south you have a lot of girls to care for...
If I had to do that many then I would do 9 (because they make a square). Jam them all against eachother and do a SOG. JMO.

From a growers perspective, what would be a good setup with this tent in mind. Once again going for yield on about a $1200 budget not including seeds

I'd be looking for ways to maximize the environment. I grow for quality first yield is just a benefit of that imo.

A temperature and humidity controller from InkBird

This is going to be mostly a set it and forget it. Consider using a timer on your temperature controller. If you set it to maintain a certain temperatures it will hold those parameters all day. During lights off higher temperatures can cause stretching so having a dip can be beneficial.

You can run the exhaust fan from the 1000w+carbon filter and on the controller for either the temperature or humidity . You'll need 6 inch ducting and clamps

If you have Central cooling or AC I would suggest running a second intake fan to pull in cool air connected to the temperature controller in case temperatures get crazy in the tent. More heat is going to make your light less efficient.

You'll need fans to keep micro climates from forming, mixing the air, and allowing the plants to transpire water. If you do a perfect square 9x9 pot arrangement you will have 1.5ft of space on all sides. I would put a stand fan in every corner that oscillates

A strong humidifier to get humidity where you need it while having a large tank is less time refilling and power. Keeping humidity at good levels can prevent nutrient issues due to changes in transpiration.

AIRCARE MA0800 Digital Whole-House Console-Style Evaporative Humidifier, White Amazon product

A good energy star heater if heat is a concern but you should be test running your equipment to get environmental levels like temp

If you don't have a 1000w light yet then I suggest you purchase two 600 watt lights for greater light footprint, less heat, and less energy. Run air cooled hoods if you can but cool tubes have worked well for me.

Are you planning on growing in soil? You might consider Blumat system for irrigation and to prevent you from messing up watering. You might consider starting multiple seeds per pot as cannabis does well with high density growing.

Blumat Medium Box Kit - Automatic Irrigation for Up To 12 Plants Amazon product

What nutrient might you consider? Mega Crop - I do like Prescription Blend Nutrients though - is the most cost effective and would be greatly helped with some form of beneficials like Real Growers Recharge. They'll help stimulate the microbial populations to work with the plants in growing.

You still a good amount of budget left. So instead of 2 600 watt lights, by my calculations for what I posted, you're at $700ish, you could purchase 2 Mars Hydro SP250 and cover a 5x5 with 9 pots under it perfectly

OR - If you're comfortable buying from Alibaba

2-3 of these

either way 2 600s or a 1000w are going to work

One hid is within my budget. Which is most important right now. I'm having eye surgery in about 6months so yield and budget is most important. What could a novice grower with 10 (7)gal in this space with mephisto sativa/indica mixes in using +1) 1000w hid expect to yield
Did you say your budget is 1200?
