New Grower Germination problem

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this seed? Seems to be an outer layer frozen around the root but it's been kept in a warm dark place for the last 48-60h

Looks like a water drop to me!

...and me.....just a water droplet dude ....waters surface tension is a funny old thing.....If I had to guess in depth lol....it would probably be the water the root was absorbing from the paper towel....and the surface tension caused it to "droplet" around the root tip...happy growing dude
