Germination problem green tap root?

Not sure where to post this.
But im on my first indoor auto grow about to pull out my first one down

So i started a bunch of seeds to do an outdoor run. But these particular seeds had 2 outta 4 pop green tap roots?other 2 were good n healthy
They kept growing cracked open day before n today about 3/16 of an inch and i put them in dirt .. So its not dead

The brand of the seeds was a good breeder i wont mention there name i wont run somone down over a bad bean it happens.
My question is had anyone else had this happen and did they sprout?

I haven't,... all you can do is plant them and see if they take off,.....

I've had a couple do that. I lost those. I have a theory, but it's only that. I believe it is part of the inside membrane that gets caught up around the tip, it covers it and slowly dies of no nutrition. If I see it again, I'm gonna do a little experimenting.

So no they did not sprout.
The two that were not green came up. I have one more in that 5 pack i will pop in a couple days to see what happens..
