OK, I am gonna do the damp paper towels in the ziplock trick, question is,

When they sprout, do I want them to get somewhat long or right into the dirt once they sprout?????

Also, how deep should I put them in the dirt?????. I had a few seeds awhile back and germed them, put them in dirt losely and they never came up.

Hey jhn.
I usually wait til they get a bit longer then I plant them.
Others say plant them as soon as it sprouts.
Put them in about half an inch then cover it up with some soil and you should be good to go.
I use a q-tip make a little hole plant the sprout downwards and cover it with soil
Good luck

I usually germ my seeds in paper towels after soaking...plant when sprout noticed....don't like my tails attaching to the towel. Proper prep of medium is important....moist not wet...on heat mat....patience.
