I have 6 zkittles seeds that i germinated for only 4 days but the roots are quite long which is great but they have little leaves and kicked the seed pods off. This is new to me. Is this ok and do I plant the seeds with the leaves just barely above the ground? Im in a coco/perlite mix

thanks

I would plant them with the leaves just above ground, leaves want light.

And stick a humidity dome (clear plastic cup with holes in it) on top of them (upside down obviously)

If the coco is really loose and it can be (it is one of the reasons we use it) the seedling cannot get enough friction to push itself above the soil line. As the root grows and gains weight it give the plant the footing it needs to push out. A tap root on a cannabis seedling can grow 9 inches in 3 days. The seedling also needs friction to scrape off the shell as it emerges from the soil. If a seed is planted too shallow it can cause "Helmet Head" because it does not get enough friction as it emerges. This can also be caused by older seeds where the shells get tougher as they age.

You should be fine. :goodluck:

If your germed seeds has leaves, they also have many many fine hairs on the roots that are seeking nutrition. That's the danger of germing out of mediun... Handling roots are a delicate maneuver and should be avoided....next time just plant as man o green mentioned and you won't have to handle past planting a seed. Good luck.

this is the only one i took
