Hey Smokez,
To my knowledge there are 4 different product lines offered by GH: Flora, Floranova, Floraduo and maxi.
I don't know if you mean Flora because it is a 3-part solution and i think flora micro is essential.
I've used the Floranova series on almost all my grows with good results, while it's not the best there is, it's complete and well-balanced.
Switched to CANNA and had some cal/mag issues, reverted back to floranova and it quickly stopped the deficiency.
