That's odd bro. I use coco from the pet store. I get 3 bricks for 9 bucks. I've never run into fungus, not even when I used mushroom compost back in the day. If it wasn't causing I'll effects to my plants I would leave it. I'm a lazy grower. I may pick it but I wouldn't get a fungicide or anything unless it was harming the plants.

If it's not a dangerous species I would chop it up a nd toss it into a pile of recycled coco to compost. Just my 2 cents

Ya it was growing threw the fabric pot at the bottom the others on top I picked as soon as I see them I've had the odd one or 2 but the top had lots of lil nubs. I guess I will keep an eye on it not one of the other pots have this that's wat was making me ? it but thanks to everyone for the fast responses

Ive had lil ones show up in a soil coco blend and those plants turned out great! They are beneficial for the most part in soil . the mycelium break down organic matter and add to the soil web. There's lotsa folks that successfully use mushroom compost in their soil blends aswell. I wonder what species it is?

Thanks guys I've had other types but I was brought up outdoors and was tought that most plants and animals that are brite colors are poisonous and to be careful with stuff like that so that's why I was asking. Thanks guys for giving ur opinions much appreciated
