I hope someone can help me out --

In the seasoning of my soil prior to planting, my soil got the dreaded fungus gnats.

Is it okay to plant seeds a few days after the soil has been treated with Gnatrol or other organic larvicide?? If not, how long should I wait?

Thanks in advance.

well I waited three days and used a half cup of water to rinse prior to planting worked for me man.but in all honesty if I were you is I take a half fist sized scoop out of thecenter of the pot and replace it with a seedling mix or something.thats always been far easier for me.but both work.i only did the sowing of the seed twice sometime ago after drenching pot with Gnatrol, but it worked after three days and rinsed the center of the pot only.not the whole thing just where the seedling goes, happy growing bro!!:Hookah:

Eyes-

You the man! Never thought about doing a core of untreated soil even tho' I used to use the same technique for taming FF OF when I was using it.
Great idea!
Thanks.

Also don't know if this is any help but I got fungus gnats during a grow I mixed a little hydrogen peroxide with a gallon of water and killed them right off and it's good for your plant too it just breaks down into water and oxygen

I use a homemade solution of water ph .6 an tobacco in the water as its safe for plant but kills spiermites an all other pests uploadfromtaptalk1429876845010.jpg

Thanks for the other suggestions> I'm going to read up on hydrogen peroxide and tobacco-water.
