DAY21
So I've given the ladies 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt mixed with 1litre of tap water then I lowered my PH using my cider vinegar. 500ml each. I've gone for 500ml each so I don't over water them then tomorrow morning I'm hoping on giving them 1litre of ecothrive biosys tea. I've cranked my ballast up to 660w managing to keep my temps between 19-29. So hopefully should be all smooth sailing. That's my theory anyway feel free guy and gals to give your opinion on my method, still no boom boom spray from biotabs yet. have a blessed weekend guys.

Cheers @archie gemmill Fingers crossed dude.
Cheers @hippy71 . I wanted it as soon as I saw it, it was always my plan to find a nice house with a nice area for my project. I'd happily trade the Mrs and have my ladies by my bedside. They seem to be loving the full 660
Quick update folks. They seem to be reaching for the light now so I've gave them 15ml of charge by ecothrive as a top dressing and washed it down with 500ml of biosys tea. I was hoping to hang on until the morning but the pots felt fairly light.
After all my mess ups and listening to the wrong crowd I'm going on my judgement weight, how it looks then make the decision. Feeling a lot more confident thanks to you guys so fingers crossed it smooth sailing.

I use one teaspoon per gallon. Since I done use nutes or feed, I use it in alternate watering.. As far as seeing results.. Thats A tricky one.. Hopefully everything is dialed in and the plants are healthy.. The results in that case would bea nice green plant that is coverting light into food efficiently. If you have a cal/mag deficiency and spots on leaves, then the results would be stopping the spread of spotted leaves. So as long as spots dont appear on new leaves, you're seeing results. You can use it from start to finish.. But I wouldn't add anything new to my water once flowering has started. And Ph last.. After you've added everything to the water. Hope that helps.@Prophetiko I would like to pick your brains about the Epsom salt, how often do I use it and for how long? Is it best to ph before or after? When should I start to see results? Cheers for putting me onto it.
