I was checking out some autos on the attitude seed bank website. The company world of seeds has a bunch of good looking autos but the descriptions on all of them say they should be grown at 12/12 the whole grow for optimal results??? Why is this?? Wouldnt this hurt the yield???

good question... sounds more like a photo grown in 12/12 and renamed an auto.... maybe check the seedbank reviews section here?

attitude is usally a reputable company... so thats kinda weird... dont know much about WOS... :toke:

yeh sounds like they are saying that to cover their asses for any that dont flower as a true auto. people couldnt really complain or wouldnt notice in 12/12. if they are just unstable autos at all.

That must be something that the Attitude added. If you go to the WoS web site, http://www.worldofseeds.eu/, there is no mention of 12/12, only 20/4. I've grown several of their strains and have had no issues with them autoing, nor have I head of anyone else having issues. They have some fine genetics, both auto and photo.

Yes, Attitudes' promotional material for Freedom of Seeds (not to be confused with World of Seeds) says 12/12. But if you go to FOS website, they list 20/04 light cycle for autos.

So no worries.

I was looking at FOS strains also - love the "A little Kushy" (Lowryder #2 & Afghan Kush Ryder) and the White Goblin strains in particular, they seem to stay short as well (15"-20").

Their mention of using 12/12 lighting for their autos seems to be that, they state, it makes the buds "thicker and more compact." I don't know what that's about, because I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else for autos.

I am really interested in their strains though, they are right up my alley in terms of genetics I prefer, lots of Lowryder #2 genes.
