***PLANTS WERE 23 DAYS OLD AT THE START OF THIS JOURNAL***

What's been going on the last 23 days:
I had six plants to begin with, but now only four. The other strains I was growing were Heavyweight Seeds Fruit Punch and the other one was a Delicious Seeds Dark Purple, both of them were also autoflowers. The Fruit Punch was growing very slowly and it was also deformed so I decided to kill it off. The Dark Purple was also growing fairly slow so I chose to take that one out as well.

Everything has been going pretty well but I have had a few issues. I try to give nutrients every other water, but I always add CaMg+ Because I am using distilled water. The two Fast & Vast have been doing well this whole entire grow. I have been having a small issue with one of them with rusty spots on the leaves, the other one is doing great. Both of the Wipeout Express are also doing well. I had an issue with one of them because spotted cucumber beetles were eating the leaves. I solved the problem by adding sand to the top of the soil and haven't had any issues since then. I'm not sure why but one of them has ENORMOUS leaves. I have never grown a plant with leaves this large, they are two to three times larger than any of the other three plants, maybe more. Can anyone explain this? I have used a LST training method which involves pulling the branches to the side so more light can penetrate deeper into the canopy. This is the first time I have ever done this and I am hoping for a larger yield than my previous grows.

Feel free to subscribe! If you notice anything let me know! If you have any questions ask! Anything and everything is welcome in this journal!

Day 23

I think I see preflowers on three of the four plants. One wipeout express isn't showing. I gave nutrients yesterday at 3/4 strength of the recommended dosage. Before I gave them nutrients yesterday I was giving nutrients at half strength of the recommended. I hope my plants don't get nute burn! I should know in two more days. If they take the nutrients well I may give them nutrients again the next water but only 1/4 of the recommended, then at the next watering go back to 3/4. I have had my light as far away as I could, probably 4-6 feet. Today I moved it down some where between 2-3 feet from the top of the plants. Pictures below! Sub up!

Will do man and thanks for subscribing! The bad news is I can't smoke at the moment. I actually quit for no reason about 6 months ago! I didn't plan to quit or anything, just stopped smoking one day. Now that I CAN'T smoke due to current circumstances I wish I could! Ain't that a shame? I would love nothing more than to take a puff of some good weed right now! :p there are some positives that go with that though! I'll be able to actually let my buds cure for once! I'll also have a really low tolerance meaning I will have to smoke less to get the same effect! For now I can't smoke, but when I can I'm probably gonna take a few days off work and spend it with my friends smoking, I can't wait.

Will be updating the journal again later on today.

Day 25

A few things went on today that I can report on I suppose. I trained my last plant today and it only took a couple hours for the tops to turn back up! I had to water two of the plants today as well, I will more than likely have to water the other two tomorrow. The two I did water I added no nutrients to. I also used my tap water, previously I have only used distilled water. I believe the two that I did water are doing their stretching as they've entered into flower. One of my fast and fast plants is tall and big around, the other is small and round. Both of the wipeout express are big! One is taller than the other but the shorter one has huge fan leaves! One of the fast and vast has some sort of problem going on, not sure what exactly though. Temperatures are in check, humidity is a little high. I've never run a dehumidifier and don't plan to, never had problems in the past. I have always had good air circulation and I believe that is why I've never had a problem with bud rot, or mold.

I switched from Metal Halide to High Pressure Sodium today! It looks like it puts out a lot less light but I did some research and it's just cause the color of the light. The shitty part is the pictures SUCK! Not only does the quality sucks but it also makes black bars run across the photo! :( that being said I will continue to take photo but will only take a photo outside of the tent once a week. Today I took a picture while changing lights but everything was dark, I used my phone and they didn't turn out well because the flash.

Question:
- should I keep my plant trained until they finish, or should I remove the tie downs after a few days?

I say leave it until they finish....the idea is to train it in order to get light to every bud site possible.

I think @Rebel or @derek420colorado could be of some help with this....what do you say, fella's? :pass:

Imo until finished... But lets see what Derek says...

Hello... subbing up for this grow !
I just getting two Wipeout in soil yesterday, and finishing two Fast & Vast in the coming week.

What size are your pots ?

Both of the Wipeout express are doing well! One has really wide leaves with a huge stem... I have never had a plant with leaves as big as these, they're ENORMOUS! I will be updating later today with pictures, I'll be sure to include some extra ones of the big Wipeout Express for you. Post some pictures of your Fast & Vast for me! I've grown them before but I have a much better setup now. What's your setup?

Day 27

Not really much to report! Seems as if they are all sad for some reason? Not sure if it's the light switch or what but they seem to be wilting for some reason? Does anyone else notice or is it all just in my head? Anyways, pictures as promised. There are three of each plant! The last wipeout express I took more than three pictures of though. First 6 are fast & vast and the next 6 are of the Wipeout Express. I have the buckets labeled but didn't feel like taking the time to label each photo sorry!

Orange buckets = Fast & Vast
Blue buckets = Wipeout Express
