Foliar feeding

Is it OK to foliar feed during early flowering stage I have noticed a cal mag def creeping in on my sour crack I am using biobizz all mix soil with grow bloom and top max my cal + mag is plant magic I've been looking online and have read you shouldn't mix it with bio bizz because it will mess up the organic mico life and mess up the soil pH

I have switched the lights from 24 hours to 20/4 so my question is will the light change be OK can I foliar feed if I can what mix should I use and when should I feed for how long and should I just spray leafs and avoid buds

What do you plan on using in your foliar feed. Something organic, or nutes of some kind?
Avoiding spraying the nuggs would be a good idea.
I know some other members have spayed with Mg. But I 'm not sure about the absorption of calcium.
Have you consulted the infirmary?

I have tried adding cal mag to my feeds in the past and it slows down the spread but doesn't fix it so now I'm thinking feed through the leafs but didn't want to jump in and do it with out asking advice I have spent most of the day looking online and on you tube but as usual when researching you get conflicting answers so I'm a bit wiser with the information I have learnt but not sure what's good and what's bad

calcium will absorb through the leaves but believe too much can damage the leaves. Do u have any transport from optic foliar. Really speeds up absorption and the spray is absorbed much faster. Less worry about drip. And u can do lights on to make it easier on u.

Waira will know better about the possible downside to calcium through foliar. Also I don’t remember off hand but I know cal and mag are absorbed better at certain ph. Not sure what u ph your feed at but maybe adjust for a feed or two to be more towards the calcium and mag side. Whether it be a little higher or lower.

If not using optic foliars transport yes u need to ph your sprays. Lol I use transport so I don’t ph or know what ph should be. I also use watts and rev from optic plus some kelp, microbes and a tiny bit of calmag.

I don't have any fancy nutrients just
biobizz grow bloom top max algi mag heaven
Plant magic cal+mag
And some Epsom salts
All the hydroponic shops are closed due to the covid-19 epidemic so buying some will be hard

ou made a good point with phing the foliar feed before using I would of totally forgot

I will continue to look online need a answer before 12 as lights are due off then thanks for the imput guys @Waira i know your busy but could use some advice

Yeah hard when u can’t get to the shop. I just worry about getting it on the buds. Hope u get it figured out. Good luck
