Flora flex drip irrigation advice needed

Set up my drip irrigation for my 5by5 grow tent first time using one of these pumps and it blew the water hose out of the connector thanks in advance

What kind of conection are you using at the pump? Typically I just use a hose barb and zip ties but never used a pump quite that strong. Maybe @JP1 can help his setup is very similar and he uses a large pump

Also as far as I know I think most guys hydrate those coco blocks by hand. I don't start filling and turning on a Rez for the first few weeks

A picture of the connection would help. I use a sump pump and it's connected like this...

And I use those bags. It's easier to hydrate by hand. And you're gonna need to buffer that coco
 
@JP1 @Lil Dab Just went to Lowe’s and brought a hose clamp worked I believe now the water is bouncing off the top and flowing down the side watering the floor

Can you not get rid of that blue adaptor thingy and thread directly to the pump best to find a pipe thread (NPT) to garden hose thread adapter then adapt to the thread on the pump. Try to keep everything plastic or stainless steel nothing that's going to corrode
 
Mine will come loose if it doesn't have 2 hose clamps for some reason

That looks almost exactly like the 1st fitting on my pump in the picture... But what do I know? :bong:
