it means the estimated amount of time they will spend in flower. There is also a seedling and veg period to add onto that too

You can expect atleast 100-120 days from seed to weed, This is a super auto.

I'm confused, pick n mix seedbank say Flowering Time: 100 - 120 days http://www.pickandmixseeds.co.uk/products/flash-nirvana-sky but Weedworld say 55 - 65 http://www.weedworld.co.uk/flash-seeds-automatic-nirvana-sky-feminised-cannabis-seeds.html. I would have thought a super-auto would take roughly 100 - 120 days from seed to weed???????
