They look super green and lush, so I'd doubt that spot is a deficiency, potentially a little nute burn.

i added organic nutes with a little bit of cal/mag in water to help WS#1 shes hungry slight yellowing at bottem (bad or good idea)

kritical bilbo shes nice no sickness or yellowing the yellow u see is from ws#1

whitesirius#1 shes got a bit of yellowing on a fan arm

whitesirius#2 shes like a superauto shes near a meter high
