hey guys,

just been up to check my plants and i have noticed one of my pounders has been yellowing for the last few days. i gave them a 1/4 feed at 24 days old and i gave this one a 1/2 feed yesterday (28 days old). The rest seem fine but some are showing some red streaks on the stems. i think it is N deficiency

i am using iguana juice grow (NPK 3-1-3) ro water and a 300w led panel

my temps are 24oC and rh is 60%

i have really been monitoring my ph's closely on this grow. My run off yesterday was bang on 6.3 so i think this is just a case of not feeding enough? the nutes were ph6.6 or 6.7 when i watered

seeing as the 1/2 feed didn't seem to help would it be a good idea to go to 3/4 and maybe do a foliar feed to assist it?

thanks for your time

from what i can see its a tru N def. the red stems could be genetics, ive seen it a few times on healthy plants.
She may just really need a stout feeding, a top dressing of bone meal would do her nice
it has plenty of N still in it and K for the buds. If shes this hungry now, i hope your stocked up on bloom ferts

I would agree on the 3/4 for the feed her fans are still reaching up so she has a little bit of height left after that im sure you know what comes next :)

So I got the bone meal. I am going to try 1.5g per pot and a nice feed.

Here is the bonemeal and the directions.

I will report back in a few days. It would be nice to see it recover a bit.

Thanks again.

bonemeal can be used to change PH so watch what yer run off is if yer gonna mulch some in while the plants are in the ground.

Cheers Riz.

Okay what I did was give them the 3/4 feed. I mixed some bone meal with some soil, then I topped the pots up and gave them a light spray. I will see how they are tomorrow and check my ph again.

good check on the pH res forgot about that part. Hence why i use slag in my soil to balance that change.
Cant wait to see what happens with them AS fingers crossed for a big turnaround

Right it's been a few days now. Here are a few pics.. The yellowing seems to have stopped and the green colour has returned.

I'm certain that it's not getting any worse now. The stronger feed and bone meal seem to have done the trick.

Thank you for your assistance gentlemen.
