I woundering what material (fluid) do you use to reverse female to male which produce pollen? I have few tests on my list but always had pollen without potency to produce seeds

I dont know about laws in USA but acdc, otto... arent your genetic so you can not use this in your hybrid strain which you sell. Or this is just one of stupid moves here in EU? Here if i make fem. seeds i cant use them (even certificated genetic) if i want to sell them this is just a dream...

If i want to use and sell my seeds i must to buy all genetic from institutes.... than i have chance to make patent on my fem. seed strain which i bought.

Is this process easyer in USA, or we are in silver zone?

These are day neutral plants--is ACDC or Otto II or any other publicly available line day neutral? NO. These have been uniquely developed and are among dozens of varieties we have bred in the last couple years. To further answer the question, no, we do not have the same restrictions on hemp seed in the US as EU nations or other countries. The DEA prevented farmers from importing seed, so the solution had to be home grown. The result is actually a blessing; US hemp farmers have been developing the highest cannabinoid content type III and type IV plants ever found.

Is this because all hemp cultivation must be done using approved varieties only?

Yes here we have some crazy laws... we can not produce even cbd extract cause extract have more than 0.2% thc... so we are all the time on dark/silver site
