my first grow of NL auto planted July 1 with soil led. Had some deficiencies and not sure if it time to harvest. Trics look cloudy wit some amber, but not much. Sugar leaves turning brown and fans are yellow or already fell off. Lots of brown hairs but also plenty of white Thanks for your help, have been lurking around here for a while. Pics below!

Wow - I see what you mean. The leaves look done, but the stigmas need more time.

What's worse too late or too early, from what I've read waiting is better but hope someone with more experience can direct me. Thanks in advance!

As you see the pistils are retracting, forming loops. If you are seeing cloudy and amber, and dead leaves everywhere, its ready when you are. Some strains just keep throwing out fresh pistils and will more or less begin foxtailing. Knowing what day it is on, and breeder's recommendation, helps determine when its ripe.

You can also harvest in stages to see just how mature you prefer your trichomes, no better time to see what works for your needs

My big concern with jumping the gun telling the difference between clear/ cloudy / amber even at 60x due to my inexperience. These look amber on the leaves but the actual buds I can't tell

What breeder? Different breeders different harvest recomendations... I've got 2 NL from 00 going right now, they say 80 days, I'm @ 72 today and figure it'll be around the 90 day mark before I start looking to cut them. Outdoor does tend to go long tho. I've got a journal going if you wanna compare were you're buds are. @Patauto124 has a couple going indoor with a journal, he's a couple days behind me, but it would give you an indoor NL girl @ about the 70 day mark.

Plated July 1 coming up on 9 weeks so I guess I am in the recommended time
