25) In what life-cycle is it? Vegetative, pre-flowering, flowering, rippening? Massive white pistils on one I think pre flower?, other one is stunted veg

The one is just over 2ft tall with 1" -1.5"long white pistils and seems to be OK, although some leaves droop at dark, ive had to raise the light 4 notches a day for the past 7 days. Root zone temp at dark 53 degrees F, light 55. The other is about 2 weeks behind but has curling leaves, stunted growth and not pre flowering. I've tried flushing , checking pH fed with and with out nutes. Should I put it INA warmer 12/12 room to try and save? What about root radiance heating pads? Is my root zone too cold? I know 75f is optimum ambient temp. Thanks in advance. Cheers.
