First i see its being overwatered or humidity is high. Second is calmag spots on leaves. But ph can cause the same so check back with ph. Also lift pots so they dry faster.

Another watering question, how heavy are your pots before you water them? How far down is the media dry?

The pots feel alot lighter and are dry a couple inches deep after about 3 days which is when I water. Humidity is usually around 25% and temperature is around 75-82.

Sounds about right, other than checking pH isn't locking anything out before adding more CalMag I'd put the pots on something so they don't ever sit in water, even hydrocorn/hydroton or pebbles. Or an inverted tray on top of your drainage tray.

I have some CalMag coming Tuesday but the brown spots keep getting worse. Could my plants die from this or maybe have an impact on yield?

They shouldn't die, I let some plants in another room get a serious CalMag deficiency because I didn't really want them. I disposed of all but one that I had a change of heart with and she bounced back amazing when I rectified the deficiency.
Photo tho and in veg, your yield with the Auto may be a bit lower but she is already fairly along. I wouldn't worry too much; treat her, and learn as you grow. I still make massive mistakes after all this time and learn every day.
Try and see where your EC and pH are tho, even if it's test strips/drops. Not the best but I used the drops for some time before moving to meters and I got by OK enough until I had the funds to blow.

:toke: -- mate, still doing only 1/4 str. AN nutes? ...that's way too mild for this stage, i'm seeing a few defc.'s showing, all likely related to just plain low levels of nutes,... P defc. is standing out most though; lowest yellowing leaves are showing N defc., getting tapped out, some of which is normal for this stage,...
Well advised about FF soils! Do yourself a big favor, and get a decent quality soil pH probe like the Accurate 8 --> :phsoil: (long probe here) ... very often they are too acidic, and frankly, their quality control these days stinks,... I don't know if any of this is pH related, locked out, but thinking it's not the case so far, but it's definitely in play! The droops concern me as well, any dry-outs or overwatering bouts?
