It is my first time growing in hydro and it is difficult for me to understand what is happening to the plant, the strain is a Durban Poison from Ducth Passion, it started very well, germinating after two days in a rockwool cube at 5.8 pH with distilled water, in less than 10 days the root showed up and switched her into the DWC, all good until last week when the tips of the first couple of leaves began to turn yellow and then brown, right now this pattern continues to advance towards almost the middle of the leaf, i notice that part is not crispy and still keeps moisture,do you agree with me it’s nutrient burn?,i add no Mag Cal as the nutrient comes with everything as they say.

- MarsHydro TS-1000 Led Grow Light(75%) at 31 in
- Indoor Temp around 86°f
- Water temp can reach 78°f sometimes but regular temp is around 74°f
- EC of 07~08 (Berkana all in one from Druid Nutrients)
- pH 5.87~ 5.75
- Tap water very soft 0.1 EC

maybe its just too dry, whats your humidity?

keep us up to date and maybe think about a grow journal, I love Durban Poison and would def follow along! good luck homie :headbang:

a lot of the pros "live and die by the chart" - the infamous VPD chart. this is a simple matrix that shows acceptable/preferred humidity per temperature.

its tough to get exactly where you need to be if youre a regular homegrow guy, but pretty important to try and get close. there are a million versions of this chart but heres my favorite:
