New Grower First time cannabis grower needs help !

Hello fellow growers/stoners

First, let me introduce myself.
My name is jasper, I live in belgium(sorry for the bad english) and I'm in love with mary jane. Ever since I'm smoking mary, my life got much more interesting and I got more social.The only downside is that there's always a middleman, and I'm sick of paying to much money and have to set up a meeting with the local dealer every time. That's why it's time for me to learn the art of growing. Also, I think it really fun to watch your own plant grow and smoke something you've made with love.

So, this is my plan:
I found some nice autoflowering seeds on "royalqueenseeds.com", named royal auto haze.It's a mix of amnesia haze, skunk and an autoflowering strain.
It has the most THC- percentage of the plants under 8€\seed + I'm an amnesia fanatic
I am planning on ordering 5 seeds(1 extra free seed) in 1 week.
So if everything goes as planned, I will have 6 beautiful seeds in my mail the first of september.

This is the part where I could really use your help:
I don't want to spend much money on my first grow, because it has a big chance of going wrong. Thats's why I'm planning on growing outdoor, In the garden. The problem is, in our garden we only have sun from 12am till 8, and thats when we have a good day, mostly we have little sun, much rain and pretty windy.In the end of november it starts to freeze at night so it means I cant start growing in september, am I right ?
Indoor isn't really an option now because I don't want to buy expensive grow-lights/grow rooms. Can i maybe just put it inside under the window ? Or use a regular light ?

Your help will be much appreciated for this first time grower !

Mary jane is a sweet lady! Good to see you want to start your own crop!, depending on the amount u wanna spend.. best info i can give for beginner who doesn't/hasn't got enuf money for a good or professional set up is first, id keep them inside,, less chance of insects and other pests, first grow wont b good if aphids attack! (watch ants!), obviously ur cool with them in or around ur place so find a corner in ur house, pref light walls.. Place plants in corner on trays!! Defo use trays esp on carpet! Infact an extra tray underneath ur small drip trays would b ok if on carpet, wooden floors not so much of a prob, jus watch watering.. (no drip trays for water run off, use dinner plates lol.. It works..), plants in trays in corner of room... Nex get 2 chairs.. Or small tables.. Enclose the plants around ur choosen items.. Idea is to basically put ur 2,, lets say chairs.. Around your plants, hang something white or reflective down the back of the chairs and hav it facing the plants (hang bak of a poster, white towel, stick a4 paper on back of chair.. Some examples..) if u cant buy simple LEDs or CFLbulbs over 100w just use standard house bulbs,, hav some desktop lamps hanging over the top of the chairs looking down on ur plants, use a fan, if u havnt got one buy one, fan is very handy!

Ull obviously need soil... Its upto u what u get but id stay away from garden shops, look for a hydroponic shop thts close to u, most 50L bags cost around 10 £/€.. that one bag will prob cover all ur seedlings wen they crack! Any nutrients?? Buy a 5L bottle of water to mix any nutrients in..

Thats all i cant think of atm lol. Hope it helps man!

Thanks for the long reply, it will really help me out.

I hope somebody could still help me creating an effective growing area.
This is what i tend to do:

1. I am planning to use my desktop as a grow room, I saw it on various growing sites and it works fine with small plants I read, and its handy to attatch a lamp and it has a fan build inside, the only thing I am worieing about is the size

2. Then i would cover the inside completely with tinfoil

How can i get good soil, I have a garden center right around the corner, ordering from a coffee shop is not an option

will it still grow under a light bulb ? Because i tought it only grew
In sunlight

You'll get a lot of great ideas from checking out what he has done. The yields he has gotten out of tiny spaces has made me fall out of my chair on more than one occasion.

As far as the lights go, our sacred herb will grow under light bulbs. Since you're going to be growing in a CPU tower, your choices are pretty much limited to using CFL's. You can use regular-sized CFL's, or they also make E12 CFL's that are much smaller and screw into a candelabra base, which is much smaller than all regular E27 CFL bases. If you're handy with wiring, you can rig up your own light with them. The bases and bulbs are available on fleabay and the bulbs come in both veg and flower spectrums. Depends on ur choice man, i use biobizz nutrients, full range.. It upto u what u choose dude if theres no hydroponic shop close to you then u may have to do a mix of your own.. Everythin u need is in this forum!

First grow is overwhelming i know so jus do some research as u do ur grow man
