You could chop it now , it will give you a more speedy high , if you wait for like 5 % amber it will be a bit slower , That is how I like mine , for me to much amber is to slow a high . couch lock . This is where it gets interesting , you can pick the type of high you like .

not really, it's common enough that it has a name...a staggerd harvest

Okay so I’ll cut the mature buds from the main stem and hopefully the light will get through to the rest of the lower branches and increase yield

I would just chop the whole thing down and dry it as a whole :smoking: you can try to get more buds and stuff on another plant.

Pretty much what I'd do.
Staggered harvest could improve the quality and quantity of the overall harvest. Ya have to ask yourself if it's worth all the extra work and organization. If I had only one plant, I'd probably would do it to fully maximize the results.
I doubt if I'll ever do a Staggered harvest. The only way I see me doing it would be trying to grow an indoor photo giant from one massively LST'd girl in a 4x4. That's a lotta work and time!.

I ended up chopping down one plant and the other I just took the main cola out and a smaller bud that fell off

Got some nice up close pics of the trichomes, lookin like it’ll be a nice energetic type buzz like last harvest

It’s nice having extra space in the tent those lower buds should fatten up a bit more
