First time Auto grow

Well I started growing autoflowers my seedlings are only about six inches w just cotyledons and true leaves I'm on week two and im growing in gallon pots I have 80 w fullspectrum grow lights currently on blue veg now just need some encouragement or pointers when can I add nutes its also gonna be a winter grow lemon auto from seedsman btw I'm new at this

I'm in soil And currently I'm running yoyomax 30 watts led on one plant and a 13w cfl on the other on my third week in veg they're doing exceptionally good they actually just started getting thicker stems
