Ummm. If you were going to get nute burn from the medium, I would suspect it showed up during the seedling stage, as this is the most sensitive time.

Have you started feeding?
Is the problem progressing?
Do you PH your water/feed?
Do you have a scope to rule out bugs?

I could venture a guess as to what's going on but I don't want to steer you wrong. This doesn't look to be anything I've encountered.

You may want to send her to the infirmary and have the experts take a look.

holy crap the blue cheese is getting frosty i didn't think it would be this fast this is so exciting, also i rearranged her so more buds get a bit more light. this makes me happy, the white widow is the taller one forming tons of buds

girls are looking good.19 outa 20 pics look great.
if the splotching yellowing is just on the very bottom part of the plant,leaves that could have rested on the soil or pot for a bit or got a lil splash when watering ? thats natural and nothing to worry about.
