New Grower First Journal+First Auto=My Second Attempt

Good evening all,
I am starting my second attempt at growing and began the germination prices this evening. I will post the important info and some pics below, then update daily(i hope).
A little background... i attempted my first grow earlier this year(planted may 15th inside and currently in week 1 of flower outside). This attempt went a little less than desired and had to be moved outside to save, but i still have hope to yield something in October. In the meantime i have decided to start this grow journal.
I will be popping 3 beans from Binary Selections, the strain is Nurple. I am soaking them in distilled water ph'd @6.84 for 12 hrs before placing them in a paper towel. From there they will go into solo cups(may skip), then(or straight to)3gal fabric pots filled with Bio Biz Light Mix & Dr. Earth's Dry Amendments(3tbsp veg, 1tbsp all purpose, 2tbsp flower) and I will topdress as needed. They will be in a 2x4x6-6.5 tent,under a mars hydro ts1000(&mars ts600 if needed), with an intake fan& exhaust with a carbon filter. Any advice or guidance will be greatly appreciated!

Never give up! First run was not optimal to say the least,but i haven't given up on em yet...

So i would need both the ts1000 and the ts600 for flowering in the 2x4? Would the sp250 be a better option than running the 2 different strength lights, our would i need something bigger?

Do you already own one SP250 light? If so, the SP250 for 2'x4' tent will be great.
The SP250 is discontinued, no longer available anymore, you can consider TSL2000, which is for 2'x4'.
But considering that you have TS1000 light now, you can add one more TS1000during bloom stage, which is better than adding TS600
