Don't sweat it brother.. look in again in a few hours and I'm sure they'll be reaching for the light :thumbsup: I can guarantee that the 300ml hasn't done them any harm.. now just to let that dry out and feed again.. should be in around 24 hours.. and try to keep that cycle going.. my guess re the temporary droop.. which is not a serious droop from the pics btw.. is that's they just ain't used to that much water.

Thanks Hope, I thought I might be worrying unnecessarily, just really want a successful grow first time lol. The lights are off now for 4hrs (running 20/4 but happy to go 24/0 if needed, just went by what I’d seen a majority of people seem to go, plus when it’s as warm as it is today it gives the tent a chance to cool down a bit).
 
Just another noob question, do you water directly around the stem or a bit further out around the plant to encourage the roots to spread (if that’s even a thing )
 
Hey m8.. just catching up.. looks like a bit more juice did the trick :thumbsup: great growth in a week or so.. lookin good now.. nice tie down on the 2f2v as well.. CE looking nice and healthy as well if a little squat.. is she mostly indica?? Maybe she's gonna be a little bush type structure.. and defo she has a growth spurt in there and not too far off I'd say.. nice job bro :toke: remember to up the amount your watering as they grow :cheers:

I was reading @autobeast seed to harvest guide and it mentioned he was feeding around 3L a day (1.5 in the morning and 1.5 in the evening) so now I’m really wondering how much I should be watering/feeding.
I’ve been giving them both 500ml a day, then today, after I LST’d I gave them just 400ml of fresh water (no nutes) and at their normal feed time tonight I’ll do 500ml with nutes (well fish mix and about 0.5ml per litre of cal mag).
The 2f2v is drinking everything I give her so shouldn’t be a problem over watering, the CE is a little bit less thirsty, but I’ll give her around 300ml this evening.
 
Yea there is a lot of conflicting info about watering m8 and I certainly wouldn't doubt the teachings of the mighty autobeast but I can only guess that suits beasts conditions to water 1.5L twice per day.. I try to get set to feed once per day with bigger plants.. babies don't need daily feeding I find.. I always grow in 3L airpots so I know pretty much how much to feed a plant at any stage to suit my conditions.. when I grew in 16L fabric pots I was watering 2L once per day when the plants were in full flower.. some peeps water to run off from as early as possible soaking the medium completely then letting it dry out.. could be days between waterings. I'd be careful feeding them 400 then 500 later on the same day M8 as if they haven't used the 400 when you stick the other 500 in they'll prob be a bit overwatered and droop a bit.. on the other hand if they've used the 400ml then another 500 will do no harm. With the size they are now what i would do is aim for prob 600ml/750ml once per day.. I reckon that's about what they will use in 24 hours at this stage.. if you find them drying out before 24 hours then up to 1L every 24 hours.. that's just how I like to feed tho.. I fear im rambling lol hope this makes some sense brother.

Thanks brother. Not rambling, makes perfect sense. I’ll err on the side of caution with tonight’s feed then and keep it small and spread right around the edges of the pots just to be safe. Tomorrow I’ll increase to 650ml, and only do one feed a day again.
