I'm no expert piciorSEN yet I have a 1200 watt led on my seedlings as long as the temps ok they should be ok. If it's dry humidity you may want put a dome over them. I asked a similar question when I got my light and was advised to bounce the light off the wall so that's another idea.

Just make sure to keep the light 3 or 4 feet above them and you will be fine. I have had a lot of seedlings grow very nicely starting under 600w mh. But I kept light about 36 inches above even though it was air cooled

The royal cheese has still got her seed wrapped arround her should i get it down from her? Sorry cant post photos i have to get a data cable so i can put them in my pc....

Nope leave as is , she'll shed that shell when she's ready . Try placing a drop of water on it it may speed up the process . Only remove shells when they become problematic like if they interfere with normal growth .
