Well those leaves are a puzzle if I knew the house and garden nutes I could render a better opinion. I suspect you have a mixed deficiency caused by LEDs and temperature swings.
What is the max swing between high and low temp? When was the last time you calibrated your pH probe?
I'm thinking a little cal deficiency and possibly phosphorous. But, I wouldn't supliment.
I would calibrate my pen and run at a pH of 6.2 for a few days, which will make both calcium and phosphorous more available
Lights no closer than 18", maybe as high as 20".
Get a touch extra run off to move out salts and watch temp swings. See how she looks in 3-4 days.
