Could anyone explain this one for me? Growing 6 plants right now, the other 5 are exactly like I expected structurally. This one seems to be growing spires of calyxes rather than clusters, almost like it's foxtailing off the stem instead of a bud.

Just genetics or is this an indicator of something else? Second pic is the same strain right next to the first.

How big is your space? And were is this plant in the space? Far corner getting too warm? Other than some kind of environmental oddity, I'd expect it's genetics.

5x5 tent, she's actually nearest the oscillating fan and directly downwind from the intake. It's not on just this cola, every cola on the entire plant is growing like this

That makes me lean genetic issue. I've had a couple freaks that outdid their stablemates.

Everything thing else seems normal to me, appears healthy and she's starting to get pretty sticky, a little behind the other 2 tangies. The only thing I can find searching around similar to it is foxtailing and a "stringy weed" mutation but it doesn't seem to fit quite right

Ya I’ve had a plant with similar structure. The bud did end up kind of larfy but full of trichomes. I assummed it was genetics or stress.
