New Grower First Grow Newbie! 4X4 RDWC LED CBD

Maybe like one of either of these?

I'm not sure what lamp is in the Digi Lumen but the price is attractive!

Not gone bed just yet, just smoked up lol delayed me that did. I was running a GN Telos 008 240w and that's actual 240 that replaces about 400w hps. O had to sell some stuff to put it elsewhere into my set up and sold it and now got a Phlizon cob 451w but they try advertise it as 2000w as they could run that bright but would burn out quick, so it's kinda misleading, but if you know what you are looking at ie actual wattage (Credit to the guys in here for teaching me) then you can get some great deals. My Phlizon is nearly 211 more what's than my GN was and my GN cost me £440 and my Phlizon cost me £229. Your better off paying more better quality as you pay for more further down the line, pay cheap, buy twice etc.

If you have anywhere near 700 to spend you get some excellent lights. Look into HLG Q boards. I was going to get one and will next time. They run passive so no heat to really get rid off and are bright and you can get kits to put them together or buy ready made.

And in regards to my light to give you an example of uses the same bulbs as the Optic 4 which cost $749 and the Phlizon 2000w cob that I got has 51 more wattage draw from the wall and cost $420.

So some good bargains out there and some good options also if you want to invest in the HLG, that's the way lots of growers seem to be going, and you can save a few bucks by putting them together yourself, which others on here will tell you it's not too difficult.

See if your prepared to pay that go HLG QB and just get 3000k spectrum and keep your other light to add some blues and reds as a top up. If your going to get a viper get at least the 2000w one. Your be able to get a 600w equivalent set led cob which cost much less to run for the money your talking.

Just had a look, the HLG Q here will cost me about 1000-1400 Aussie bucks.
I'd rather smash a high quality HPS for that cost..
I think!?

For never having fun a grow, I don't know how it will go. But I get what you're saying:)

Yea more wattage and foot print..

Re veg and bloom it's personal preference I guess many do and many don't .. but would say with little wattage your want as much power as possible.

Here is another option..

And I was talking about HLG and forgot to link.. tbh tho prices don't look as comparative to here in uk

Invisible sun might ship to you...

What lights are you running?

As an aside, I was looking at the Viparaspectra 1200w PAR Dimmable.... Around $700 here.

Also about the same for a 630w CMH setup.

If this first grow fails miserably, I'll look to a new light, as I think I (in theory) the rest is okay?
