First Grow-Light burn, overwater, or both?

I did, this is what I found in case anyone else is reading this thread. Hope this helps, I'm going to stay on the conservative side. I think less is more as I feel my plants have already suffered enough stress so far, I'll post some updated pics tomorrow, I'm not sure how they are hanging on as l lack the experience to have anything to compare to other than photos, and mine arent looking as good as most of the seedlings I've seen at 9 days of growth but I refuse to give up hope.

Remember, days old can be subjective... from drop? From breaking soil? From first set of true leaves? Don't always jump to compare, many base on a different start time.

Size wise, they're a little small, just need to get the feed balanced and they'll take off. Anytime a correction is made, it takes a day or two to start seeing a reaction.

I'm running the system once per day for about 10-15min(flood and drain). I started to count days from when the germinated seed broke soil and entered this world to face the light

So, here we are a couple days later, the girls seem to be growing, these are now 11 day after sproutingfrom the ground, Although they look like they are doing ok, they look really yellowish and I cant determine if that is because of the light burn from before I adjusted the light higher. They also now seem to have started slow vertical growth again. And it looks like a second and maybe third set of leaves are starting to grow in, im thinking hope is not lost.I'm open to all thoughts, suggestions and opinions as I am very new to this. I also wanted to say I'm really happy about how friendly and helpful everyone seems to be on this forum so far.

well, me dunno if me helpful or not most o' the time, lol, but me do try to be friendly they look a bit small mebbe, but plantz can do amazing thingz when ur not lookin, so ur right in not givin up...jus hang in there ppp
