Puts my mind at ease. What appear to be 'seed casings' are forming on the colas. Is this normal? Are they empty calyx's? Sorry, I'm wasted...mom's gonna be happy...

2nd Harvest
I've harvested, trimmed and dried the first batch...main colas ONLY. Retrimmed. They have just gone in the can. The remainder of the chopped plant went back in the tent to ripen...6 more days. Chopped today.
This is the result of the 2nd harvest...some of the buds were SOOOOO filthy,(the ones underneath) I had no choice but to let 'em go till ripe. They were ripe tonite..got candles burning to cut down on the STENCH! One pic is first pick results.
