Some tips for the future:
Air circulation inside the case doesn't matter if you have enough air going through it. These extra fans you bought ought to be installed one low and one high for intake and output. If you just blow around the same air it doesn't do anything.

This has however worked in your favour. By supplying mainly blue during the first week(s) of flowering you suppressed the natural tendency of the plant to stretch. Do that in future too if you want to keep them short. The more blue light in the first 2-3 weeks of flower, the shorter they stay. I think you did observe a nice stretch when you did eventually switch spectrum.

Don't flush, at least not the way it's commonly understood. And also don't feed just water once you start with fertilizer.. that's flushing. Once you start to introduce fertilizers you best keep that level as steady as possible. So don't go water one day and fertilizer the other.. go average strength on both days.

Soil and fertilizer are a fickle combo, check out coco.

When defoliating.. aim for the leaves, unless your goal is to clear out the bottom for air circulation purposes. I've seen you top branches on multiple occasions and also take off tiny leaves. Go top to bottom and only trim the ones that are shading out lower growth.
Additionally you want to remove the leaves completely (gentgrasp the plant above the leaf and then remove it by pulling down close to the stem). Any bit of petiole you leave standing is a possible source for mold.

Wow that is some great advice !! Thank you for that. So you are saying don’t go only water ever ?
Because Ives been playing around with adding more or less nutrients but did water in between...

If you're growing in soil of course you should only water in the beginning, but once you start it should be a steady supply of nutrients.

I forget the naming in english but the salts want to be at an equilibrium, so "feeding" no nutrients will actually leech them... which plants don't really appreciate. So if you overfeed for example you flush with half strength, not with nothing.
Same reason you blow up like a marshmallow man and can eventually kill yourself if you drink distilled water. The water follows the salt. Which is in the plant.. or human cells.. and eventually choke out the organism.

Now.. you can use this to your advantage if you have something like a calcium deficiency, distilled water with only ca in it and nothing else will basically be forced up the plant by this method but that's a rather advanced technique and should be used with care.

Yeah I had no idea about all that... I guess I should do more research

Yellowing out is normal at the end, if they don't block light leave them for plant food. Calxs's are still swelling and buds are building. So all is okay. You'll need another big definition in about a week to really get the light.

I guess I really didn't explain too much there, those yellowing out and leaves are caused by mobile nutrients taking off heading for those buds to help build them up bigger. If you have some nutrients that are high in P&K then this would be the time to use them provided they don't have too much N.
